2015 Boys Class A Semifinal Preview

The Class A semifinals will be on Wednesday, May 13 at Judge Memorial High School in Salt Lake City.
No. 2 Corner Canyon Chargers v. No. 3 Brighton Bengals – 5:00pm

In a rematch of the 2014 UHSLL Championship, the Corner Canyon Chargers and Brighton Bengals will once again meet in a high stakes game. Only four goals have separated these teams in their three game history. The Chargers beat the Bengals in the regular season, 10-9 and enter the game with a 19-1 record. The lone loss came to Park City. Victories over Davis and Waterford entered the Chargers into the next round. Brighton has a 15-2 record with losses to Corner Canyon and Park City. The Bengals beat Sky View and Lone Peak to get to the semifinals.

The Miners will look to continue their winning ways as they take on Skyline in the second game of the semifinals. Undefeated in-state, the Miners are 20-1 and beat Jordan and Spanish Fork to advance. The Eagles are 12-4 and beat American Fork and Judge to make it to the semifinals.
