Hoping the AAs weren’t based on numbers alone. Dodd/Karner had great seasons, but I think guys like Dylan Bauer or Chantz Hower are much better players overall. Cutler had a better season then Karner for Fremont.
Peterson at Brighton is twice as good as Reece. Perhaps since they wear a similar number and have similar physical attributes the voters were confused? More of the same from the coaches. Looking forward to when the system gets a little less political…
Could not agree more! Take the example of Kimball Hansen from Skiyrdge he has had the best save percentage all year long of all full time goalies yet he is no where to be found on this list.
I gotta take Karner over Hower … Karner 52g 35a 70gb’s 18 cto’s vs Hower 43g 4a 28 gb’s 7 cto’s … Fremont played 7 teams in the top 16 and JD 9 teams … Karner was all over the field every game I saw and moved from attack this year because they needed him there … Dodd has the softest hands I have seen in the state and did it with less help around him then Bauer … Not knocking any of these players … All great players and Bauer will get his next year if he keeps progressing the way he is … Reece vs Peterson is a tough one, but I think you need to look at the intagibles on this one and how coaches game planned for each when playing them … Overall, I think this year the coaches got it right especially in the AA’s
