CB Lacrosse Camp Coming to Utah

Chris Bocklett Camp

The CB Lacrosse camp is coming to Utah on June 22 – June 25, 2015. Each day will begin at 9am and end at 1pm and will be held at South Jordan Middle School for boys & girls ages 7 to 16.
“I am really excited about bringing CB lacrosse camp to Utah this June,” said Chris Bocklet. “I have made many visits to Utah to coach over the years and specifically love the players positivity and willingness to learn. Casey and I feel very blessed that we get the chance to travel the country together and now teach the game we love to the future of Utah lacrosse. At CB we take pride in our counselors and instruction. Our camp staff features MLL professionals as well as boys and girls division I players. We strive to help young players reach their true potential by reinforcing fundamentals, exposing them to advanced skill sets and techniques. The last and most important piece we focus on at camp is keeping it fresh and fun for everyone.”
CB Lacrosse camps are designed to provide participants an opportunity to become better players while having fun.  We strive to help young players reach their true potential by reinforcing fundamentals, exposing them to advanced skill sets and techniques that will help improve their game.  We believe that this is only possible by creating a positive and comfortable learning environment by surrounding our participants with counselors that are not only capable of coaching at a high level, but being good role models, because we believe it is our responsibility to teach young men and boys how to conduct themselves on and off the field.
The camp will feature instruction from Chris Bocklet, MLL Champion and All-Star and Casey Bocklet, a UVA All-American.
Chris is a 2012 graduate from the University of Virginia where he won a National Championship in 2011.  Chris was a three time All-American at UVA and is ranked as the fifth leading scorer in UVA history.  Since graduating Chris has lived in Denver, Co playing lacrosse professionally for the Denver Outlaws.  In his first season Chris was named team rookie of the year.  In 2013 Chris led the entire league in goals and tied for points.  He was named an All-Pro Attackman and played in his first MLL All-Star Game.  Chris is now looking forward to his career in coaching. He is currently the offensive coordinator at Wheat Ridge H.S. In his first year coaching the program he helped lead them to a Class B State Championship.
Casey graduated from John Jay H.S. as the All-time leader in goals and points, shattering all records before her.  She was a H.S. All American and joined up with division one power house, North Western.  In her freshman year of 2012, Casey helped the wildcats win a NCAA National Championship.  The following year Casey transferred to the University of Virginia.  In her first year at UVA she led the team in scoring and was added to the Tewaarton Watch List. Casey is now entering her senior year at UVA.
