Salt Lake City: Epiphany Lacrosse is proud to announce their first fall lacrosse camp on October 18 & 19 from 9am-2pm at Clayton Middle School (1900 East 1500 South SLC, UT).  With the camp taking place over UEA break, this is the perfect time to get out onto the field with great coaches and players, play some lacrosse, and beef up your skills before the fall season is over.
With an emphasis on providing drills and scrimmages to boost all players to a higher level of play and responsibility together, the Epiphany Fall Camp is a must for any player looking to learn not only individual skills but team and leadership skills. And as always, each day of camp will end with a 30-minute yoga workout hosted by our very own James Hardy of Centered City Yoga.
“We want to push the limits of what lacrosse in Utah is right now, and that means changing the way that we play, starting with the fundamentals to the team concepts,” says Epiphany director Peter Stevenson. “The level of lacrosse in Utah has stalled the last few years while players around the west continue to improve and excel at all levels of the sport. Our main goal is to push the quality of lacrosse to places it hasn’t been in Utah by building a foundation based on higher level concepts.”
This camp will be limited to 48 players in grades 5-8 and 48 players in grades 9-12, so please sign up early to ensure your spot.
Daily Schedule:
8:45-9:00AM: Player Drop Off
9:00AM-11:00AM: Player Individual Skill Development.
11:00AM-11:30AM: Lunch (Players need to bring own lunch)
11:30AM-1:30PM: Daily Scrimmage (Filmed by Prodigy)
1:30PM-2:00PM: Yoga (Led by James Hardy)
