Roy LogoWho are your team captains?
Bree Bodle, Megan Lloyd, Maraia Olpin, Aspenn Stevens
What is your strongest position on the field?
Attack with 3 returning starters
What is the difference between this year’s team and last year’s team?
We don’t have a lot of Varsity experience on this year’s team, only 4 returning starters in total and one of them is starting the season with a boot on her foot.  We lost 9 seniors (all who had started at one point or another last year) and our starting goalie.  This year’s team is pretty green, but still very talented.
What is the biggest challenge you will face in conference play this year?
The biggest challenge will be getting use to the new league format where every game counts.
What single thing are you looking forward to the most this season?
Going up against some different programs and challenging our girls in the new league format.
What else should we know about your team?
Roy is represented by 5 High Schools with players from Roy, Fremont, Morgan, Bonneville, and Syracuse. Although rivals in other sports, they come together and play very well as a team.
