Juan Diego Now Accepting Applications for Boys High School Head Coach

Juan Diego LacrosseHigh School Boys Lacrosse Coach: Now accepting applications for a coach to lead Juan Diego Catholic High School’s Boys Lacrosse team, starting 2013-2014 school year. Responsible for all aspects of lacrosse program; ie. practices, game scheduling and transportation, fund raising, equipment budgets, etc. Ideal candidate will possess: In-depth knowledge of ULA rules, lacrosse strategies and tactics; Ability to demonstrate and develop basic and advanced lacrosse skills; Excellent communication skills with high school players, parents, and athletic director; Ability to work within the unique culture of a Catholic school athletic program and community; Collegiate participation and/or coaching experience; and Organizational skills related to overall program and practices.
Must be able to develop and direct youth leadership, and delegate appropriate responsibilities to assistant coaches and parent reps.
