It’s that time of year again, the time where every website lists out their Top 10 articles from that year. I thought about not doing it since it is pretty trendy, but that wouldn’t be fun! These are based on total page views, not visits, for the article.
No. 10 – 2012 Boys High School Championship Infographic – Original Post

No. 9 – Mark Dempsey Founds HEADstrong Lacrosse Utah – Original Post
2012 saw several club teams form and gain momentum including HEADstrong Lacrosse Utah. The club was founded in June under the direction of Mark Dempsey and has been on a roll ever since including a recent box tournament trip to California.

The playoffs always generate a lot of interest and what better way to see where your team will be seeded then with Bracketology.

The Cougars and Sun Devils squared off in rematch of the 2011 MCLA Championship Game that didn’t disappoint.
No. 5 – Juan Diego Beats Alta to Take Boys D-I Championship – Original Post

No. 4 – Boys Coaches Poll from March 6 – Original Post
This was the preseason coaches poll for 2012. It was very popular because players, fans and coaches were itching to see where their team stood.
No. 3 – Southern Virginia University Moving to NCAA D-III – Original Post
When the new broke that SVU was moving to NCAA D-III, it was certainly surprising. The comments and continued reaction from BYU & SVU fans alike are what made this story popular.
No. 2 – Boys D-I & D-II All-State Teams – Original Post
There are few achievements in a players life that compare to being named to an all-state team. The 2012 version picks out the best of the best from the regular season.
No. 1 – Prodigy Play of the Year Nominees – Original Post
The Prodigy Play of the Game/Week/Year was by far the most popular feature on the site. Thanks to everyone who voted! Congrats again to the Bingham Boys team and Chris Severson for this winning play.
