There were some great match-ups this weekend for both Mens and Womens. BYU took home a win in both Mens and Womens while Utah and Utah State inked ‘W’s as well. For a full list of scores from the weekend, click here
Mens

BYU hosted Arizona State on Saturday.  BYU is ranked #1 in their division and Arizona is ranked #2 in theirs.  This match came down to a battle of the defenses, but the Cougars held strong for the win, 8-7.  BYU score the final goal and was able to hold the Sun Devils scoreless for a good portion of the 4th quarter.  RECAP | PHOTOS
Utah beat Idaho, 18-8. PHOTOS
Womens
BYU topped local rival UVU, 15-6.  BYU was lead by attacker Whitney Sieverts and goalie Megan McCleary.  Sieverts is currently averaging over 4 points per game, which is the highest of the team.
Boys
Brighton traveled to California and went 1-2 on the weekend.  Their sole win came on Thursday against J Serra Catholic.   PHOTOS 
Highland beat Wasatch, 14-7. PHOTOS
We will be releasing the first playoff rankings later this week after Park City and Waterford have played their first games. Currently Juan Diego (3-0) sits at the top with a 97.99 Reg IN Power Rating.
The Juan Diego v. Judge rivalry game is this week (Tuesday).
Several teams will head to Boise this weekend for the Boise Lacrosse Invitational.
Gathering of the Tribes
The annual Gathering of the Tribes was last weekend. Congrats to Fremont/Mountain View (Boys A Division), Brighton/Sky View/Herriman (Boys B Division), Mountain View (ID) (Boys C Division), American Fork (Girls A Division) and Bingham (Girls B Division) for winning their brackets.
Have you seen this?
The Ride after a shot is almost as critical as the shot itself.  The Lone Peak Girls grasp this idea and embrace it fully.  With a quick steal and some great passing, they were able to turn the ride into a goal.
