There were close to 20 lacrosse games planned yesterday, but Mother Nature decided to throw Utah a curve ball.  Many games were postponed, however a good number braved the weather. For a full list of scores, see here.
The Davis Darts and the Woods Cross Wildcats battled in close match Tuesday.  Despite having 6 different goal scorers, Davis fell, 8-9.  The Darts were lead by Aimee Bowen with 2 goals and 1 assist.
After being tied at half time, The Bonneville Lakers couldn’t stop the offensive power of the Davis Darts in the last two quarters. Davis won with a final score of 14-6.  Davis was once again lead by Anthony Sharp, who ended the game with 4 goals and 3 assists.  RECAP | PHOTOS

2016-Westminster-CSUPueblo-20Westminster suffered a home opener loss in a close battle against Colorado State University – Pueblo.  The game came down to the final minutes, where CSU-Pueblo scored the final goal to go up 18-17.  The Griffins dominated at the X winning 77% of the face offs, as well as outshooting the ThunderWolves 35-27.  Westminster was lead by Katie Adams and Kira Heiden, who finished with 4 goals each.  RECAP | PHOTOS
