The Westminster’s women’s lacrosse team lost to nationally ranked Lindenwood, 18-5. The Griffins are 0-2 in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play and 0-6 overall.

Westminster’s resistance was tested and the defense held strong for a good portion of the first half, denying the Lions for a little over nine minutes. They fell by two a couple of minutes later but came right back with an Audree Erekson goal to make it 2-1.
